Ms. Kahn has a deep appreciation for and understanding of the critical role that ecommerce plays in American commerce. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, having worked at the Federal Trade Commission herself, as well as serving as counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law, where she led the congressional investigation into digital markets leading to the publication of its final report.
