The Online Merchants Guild is happy to announce that we have a formal Stipulation agreement in place with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue which extends the deadline for Guild members to respond until two weeks after the court rules on the case. We expect that the case will be heard by a panel of judges at some point this fall but will keep our members updated as things progress.
