The Online Merchant’s Guild is pleased to announce that we have a new agreement formally in place with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue extending the deadline for Guild members to respond to the letters many of you have received.
This agreement gives Guild members until June 8th to make use of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s Voluntary Compliance Program. The details of the Department’s program can be found on the Department’s website here.
While this extension is not a final resolution, it does give the court time to consider the arguments made at our last hearing as well as the supplemental briefings requested from both OMG and the Commonwealth.
This issue is very important to us and we will continue to fight for your rights. We will keep you updated as the case progresses.
